On the Florida Panhandle that matters. Lots are sand, houses are raised, and a pool beside a house on piles has to stand on the same thinking as the house. Because the structural team works in-house, the shell, the load path and the permit set are drawn together instead of handed from one office to the next.
The work covers residential and commercial poolscapes and runs as turnkey design-build: design and 3D rendering through AquaVision Studio, engineering, permitting, construction, equipment and piping, and the repair or resurfacing of pools that already exist. Principal & Director of Planning
David leads the strategic vision of Black Swan Escapes, specializing in planning, consulting, design development, and engineering design. He is responsible for permitting, engineering, and overall project planning, ensuring each project is executed seamlessly from concept to construction. He is also the qualifier on the company’s Florida pool contractor licence.
Direct Project Manager
Tim is the on-site leader, overseeing the day-to-day coordination with subcontractors and construction teams. He ensures smooth execution, quality control, and timely project completion, guiding each pool build from day one of construction to final inspection and client handover.
